The FWPA law firm, also known as Feltesse, Warusfel, Pasquier & Associés, arised in 2003 with the merger of the attorney at law and barrister Jean-Yves Feltesse, specialized in Business and Labor law, and of IP /IT law Professor Bertrand Warusfel, who practised within the firm Warusfel & Associés founded in 1986.
 

Together with its five partners, the FWPA team combines the know-haw of diverse professionals— including an PhD in engineer and two former IP attorneys— and  unites a counselling approach and a practice of alternative forms of dispute resolution.
